Secret of the Lost Lighthouse

I think I was watching a south park episode and the words psychic boy and ghost pal popped up and for some reason I thought that was really cool.

Then I started thinking of them as a sort of Hardy Boys kind of team that solved lame mysteries.

So I drew them as this normal preteen boy who just happens to be able to see this ghost kid whose had the back of his head blown off. Pretty normal stuff right?

I was looking at some old comics at the time and really wanted to try the old crappy halftone coloring thing with yellowed paper and creases. This seemed to be the perfect choice for trying it out so...I did. I'm really quite happy with how it turned out. I'd love to do the actual story now and continue it in this style.
